Syntax

OI[n] 

Where n is an integer representing the desired number of days ago. Argument is optional.

Example

Sample code

IF OI[1] < COL4[1] THEN SELLOPEN

' see if yesterday's open interest was less than yesterday's 

' value in column 4. If so sell at the open today.

 

ThumbTack white

Returns the open interest of the day referenced. OI[1] means open interest yesterday.  If the bracketed integer is greater than the Current day then  "Too Soon"  will be displayed in the Status Bar.
